1Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ok big Applies to use of the platform (okbig.app) and all its services. Ok bigBy registering or using our services, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these Terms.

This agreement is between you (the user) and ok big creates a legally binding obligation with the operating company. If you disagree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2Account Registration

Ok bigProviding accurate and complete information is mandatory when opening an account. Registering with false details will result in permanent account closure, and any balance held may be forfeited.

• Each individual or household may only hold One Account can be opened.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts must not be shared with or used by any third party.
• Users are solely responsible for keeping their passwords secure.
• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to ok bigmust be notified.

3Age Requirement

Ok bigUsers must be at least 18 years is required. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

At Any Time ok big A national ID or other government-issued document may be requested for age verification. Failure to verify age will result in immediate account closure.

4Deposits & Payments

Ok bigYou can deposit using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. All payment methods must be registered in your own name.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 via bKash/Nagad, ৳500 via bank transfer.
• Depositing using another person's payment method is not permitted.
• Once a deposit is successful, it typically reflects in your balance within 5–15 minutes.
• For failed deposits, refunds are subject to the relevant payment provider's own policies.
• Payments will be put on hold if there is any suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity.

5Withdrawal Policy

Ok big KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. This is a one-time process and will not be required again in the future.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300.
• Standard withdrawals are typically completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see the Bonus section for details).
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000. VIP members have separate limits.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Ok big's bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirement: For most bonuses, you are required to wager 30–40x the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• Duration: Bonuses that are not used within 30 days of being issued will generally expire automatically.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses can only be used on specific games.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless specifically authorized.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

7Fair Play Rules

Ok big's games are all powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are never predetermined, and neither the platform nor any player can influence the results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Using software bots or automated systems to play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Exploiting any system error or bug for personal gain.
• Abusing the credit card chargeback process.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Ok big Reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Registering with false information.
• Direction from law enforcement authorities.

Users may also voluntarily suspend or close their account at any time — this is part of Responsible Gaming.

9Privacy & Data Protection

10Responsible Gaming

11Dispute Resolution
